Who doesn't love a little matchy-matchy coordination now and again? Well, you can do just that with new lifestyle brand Sail to Sable. The preppy collection of tunics, pillows, and linens come in coordinating fabrics and patterns. I'm eyeing the solid navy and pink — a chic combo perfect for mixing and matching.
I don't know anyone that doesn't love a good aerial photograph and Gray Malin's À la plage, À la Piscine series fits the bill perfectly. Visions of colorful umbrellas and crashing waves will have me dreaming of summer well into fall. :)
Happy Headquarters | Pink Ikat Lamp, Furbish, $350.00 | Tory Striped Tray, Furbish, $24.00 | Ripple Leather Office Chair, Crate & Barrel, $299.00 | Parsons Desk, West Elm, $349.00 | Mini Dot Rug, PB Teen, from $129.00 | Serene Study | Bronze Pharmacy Lamp, Jayson Home, $175.00 | Snakeskin Pencil Tray, Jayson Home, $92.00 | Macau Armchair, Ballard Designs, $249.00 | Natural Grasscloth Parsons Desk, West Elm, $499.00 | Dash & Albert Diamond Khaki Rug, Garnet Hill, from $38.00
The Parsons collection from West Elm is one of my favorites and I was thrilled to recently discover the classic now comes in a chic grasscloth. Although I'll always love the clean lines of the white Parsons desk, the rich texture of the grasscloth is very appealing. Which look do you prefer?

A leopard print bib necklace (must own this asap), a charming Jackie O sunglasses pouch, and a darling little fox belt....so many great finds in this latest round-up!
P.S. To all my local Atlanta readers, I have some BIG news....C. Wonder has finally arrived! I visited the store last night and it did not disappoint. The store is bright, colorful, and filled with even more fabulous things than the website. They're kicking things off with a huge grand opening celebration this weekend, so definitely swing by if you're in town.
P.P.S. Also, a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been shopping the One Kings Lane sale. There are still some great items left — mirrors, lamps, barware, and much more. The sale continues through Monday morning, so there's still time to shop. :)
Well the countdown is on and with the sale fast approaching, I wanted to give everyone a little sneak preview of what's in store. As I mentioned yesterday, I shopped for the sale in Florida, so my items have a heavy Palm Beach vibe — think vintage barware, chic elephants, and faux bamboo galore.
Also, each of the bloggers is sharing a short list of their favorite things on One Kings Lane's Live.Love.Home. I do hope you'll join me tonight at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET to kick off the sale!
I'm sooooo excited to cordially invite all of you to a special One Kings Lane sale! I'm hosting a sale tomorrow with some of my favorite design bloggers; including Marissa from Stylebeat, Camilla from Effortless Style, Caitlin from Sacramento Street, Christian from Maison21, Marianne from Haven & Home, and Amber from Amber Interiors.
For this sale I went all out and spent a week down in Florida, scouting for finds everywhere from thrift shops and estate sales to the local Goodwills. I found lots of amazing pieces, so if you're like me (and you know you are) and you like elephants and faux bamboo, then get that clicking finger ready!
The event kicks off tomorrow evening at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET and items will move fast, so be sure to set your clocks. I will be taking pictures of some of my favorite items on Instagram (follow along @kellymarket) throughout the day and posting them on Facebook and Twitter — be sure to follow to see what's in store. Hope to see you tomorrow!
p.s. For those of you unfamiliar with One Kings Lane, it's a website dedicated to home decor and vintage finds with daily flash sales. And if you need an invite to join and shop the sale tomorrow, here you go!
1 Black & White Giclee Print by Mark Rothko, art.com, from $34.99 2 Clare Vivier Neon Stripe Flat Clutch, Shopbop, $155.00 3 Clare Vivier Stripe Flat Clutch, Shopbop, $173.00 4 Tibi Striped Knot Front Top, Stylebop, $285.00 5 Rugby Stripe Bin, The Container Store, $14.99 6 Candy Stripe iPhone Case, kate spade, $35.00 7 Skinny Striped Bangle, C. Wonder, $18.99 8 Porcelain Stripe Tray, West Elm, $16.00 9 Olin Area Rug, Crate & Barrel, 8 x 10 $299.00
We all know how chic Breton stripes are, but recently I've been seeing an abundance of wide stripes, super stripes if you will, and I'm finding them incredibly appealing. Due to their bold nature, I would pair these with solids and smaller prints — these super stripes really steal the show!
1 Gold cane-pattern trays? C. Wonder knows me so well :) 2 Nick Harvell Libraries (on Taigan) is having a huge summer sale where you can snag some rare first editions like Cecil Beaton's Scrapbook and The Kennedy White House Parties. 3 How cute are these miniature lion earrings? 4 (and 5) Needlepoint everything...love these new little bags from Jonathan Adler. 6 I'm convinced these flats will go with everything...don't you agree? 7 A look from Valentino's F/W 1966-67 collection that seems as modern as ever. 8 Watch out Michael Kors....this new line of watches from Fossil is oh so chic.
Yep, that's me...still stuck in summer mode. I'll be sipping away these last few summer days with some delicious blueberry lemonade. Hope you have a fabulous weekend!

I read the latest House Beautiful this past weekend and was absolutely taken with this house from Ashley Whittaker. The soft color palette of blues and greens combined with repeating textures like Moroccan tile and lattice weave is terribly chic. If you're not familiar with Ashley's work, I highly recommend perusing her website....she's one of my favorites :)

This room by Thomas Britt stopped me dead in my tracks. There are so many fabulous little details you simply have to stop and stare at it a minute to take it all in. Next to the chic panelling, the sky blue ceiling really adds an extra dimension. And that black and white chair really makes the space, don't you agree?

Can you believe the Olympics are drawing to a close this Sunday? I've had such fun cheering on all the athletes that I'm afraid next week will feel like such a bore. If I start to feel glum, I think I'll grab something gold and start humming the Olympic anthem....

Summer calls for a pop of color and if there's one I reach for again and again it's turquoise. Not only is it one of my favorite hues, but it just seems to go with everything. Some of my favorite pairings include white, orange, pink, red, magenta, lime....the list goes on and on!
As I mentioned Monday, I spent a few days at Market in Las Vegas with Traditional Home magazine and some of my favorite bloggers, listening to some great panels and seeing the newest offerings at my favorite showrooms. I wanted to share a few snapshots of a few of my favorite finds:
The nailhead trim and leather combo on this chair proves that sometimes a simple look is the chicest. | These black and white nesting tables were one of my favorite pieces of the week. It's not hard to see why! The malachite tray in the corner looks amazing against the striped design. | It's hard to tell the scale in this photo, but this coral is not only massive, but it's indoor/outdoor. | Love the colors and design of this pillow...it's also extra soft :) | Black and white again — I love a good stacked box set and this one's a classic. | Shiny, mod brass safari animals...always a favorite!
